RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Not completely satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. 

Please use the return portal for this.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returns are accepted when:

  • the product is unused and undamaged;
  • socks have not been worn or washed;
  • trying on is only allowed on a clean surface;
  • the product is in its original packaging.

    Hygiene is very important. Worn or washed socks cannot be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us via support@walkitoff.eu and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will provide a fast and appropriate solution (replacement or refund).


RETURN COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake.
  • We recommend sending your return with track & trace.

The risk of the return shipment lies with the customer.


REFUND

After receiving and inspecting your return:

we will refund the purchase amount;

within 14 days;

using the same payment method as the original payment.


EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • socks that are visibly worn, damaged, or washed;
  • products for which the hygiene seal has been broken.
