Cancellation policy

 

At WALK IT OFF®, we process your order immediately after it is placed so you can enjoy your new socks as soon as possible.
For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, it is almost immediately forwarded to our fulfillment center.
As a result, we are unable to:

  • make changes to your order, or

  • accept cancellations.

Has your order already been shipped?
In that case, you can return it in accordance with our return policy.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIPS / SUBSCRIPTIONS

Different rules apply to subscriptions (memberships):

  • A membership can only be paused or cancelled after the second delivery.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • You may return a received shipment in accordance with our return policy.

  • Automatic renewals can be managed via your account or through the link in your confirmation email.
